UK SHIPPING
Free shipping on all orders over £50, otherwise the UK shipping fee is £3.99.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail using a Tracked & Insured delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The cost of international orders being shipped outside of the UK is calculated at the checkout and will be subject to customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. This cost is not covered by Gold Lunar and is the responsibility of the customer for paying any additional charges that may occur.
RETURNS
We offer refunds & exchanges within 28 days of the date of purchase.
Items that are not eligible for returns are:
- Earrings
- Personalised engraving
- Gift cards
- Individual products in sets - the whole set must be returned to be eligible for a refund
If you purchase something within a 'Free Gift With Purchase' promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received if it falls below the Gift With Purchase threshold.
All returns must be unworn and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
