DISCOUNT CODES
We often give out discount or promotional codes to our customers and followers, which can be used on full price items only and only one discount per order can be used. No discount codes, including the Gold Lunar welcome discount code for subscribing to our newsletter, are available for Wholesale customers/orders.
COMPETITIONS AND FREE GIFTS
Competitions run on Instagram are not sponsored by Instagram. UK entrants only. Winner will be selected at random and notified. Prize is not transferrable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative given.
Free gifts are selected at random and are not able to be exchanged. Free gifts will need to be returned if customer requests a return for their order.
WARRANTY
Our warranty applies to items purchased directly from the Gold Lunar website and covers any material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will need to be provided.
The warranty does not cover items purchased in our Sample Sale, nor does it cover lost or stolen pieces of jewellery.
A repair will be offered in the first instance, if this is not possible we will offer a replacement of the same item. Should the same item be unavailable or sold out, we will provide an alternative of equal value and similar style.
